What’s the process for handling billing issues with Wellcare, and is their support team helpful in resolving such problems?

Hello! I had to contact wellcare because of a billing issue, and while it wasn’t the fastest process, it got resolved. The support agent I spoke with was patient and explained the charges clearly. It’s a good idea to have your statement and account number ready before calling. I did have to wait on hold for a bit, but the overall experience wasn’t bad. They even followed up to make sure everything was sorted.
