This deck has many options and game plans that give this deck a good amount of flexibility. It can focus on beatdown utilizing "Voidvelgr Requiem" and "Burstray Gunman" to guarantee a 4k body for the turn, with other cards like "Voidvelgr Tyrfing" and "Star Trancer" for piercing your opponent's set monsters. You have access to control tools that can set your opponent's monsters and destroy them, and with "Ultra Violady", you can prevent your opponent from summoning 7s from the GY. The deck has plenty of recursive tools in order to add back your 8s and with 1 of the new Dark Galaxys, "Dark Prophet", you can now Fusion Summon! I think Dark Galaxy has plenty of potential for the meta atm since it can counteract Excutie's Traps and Wind Psychics + Wind Psychic Traps with your setting effs, Thunderbold and Secret Order since we have "Ultra Violady" and "Trap Lid" with other control tools, and the possibility to deal with Maximum monsters in terms of crashing with the Requiem + Gunman combo (Unless we somehow got Tyrfing + Gunman)
For the side deck, you could run more cards to deal with Potter and more cards that can help with the Maximum matchup. Other cards you could run in the main deck could be "Star Restart" and maybe an extra copy of fusion. You could also swap out the Trap Hole for a different legend, but I personally prefer it atm and Violady for maybe a 3rd Requiem or something else.
