Starter Decks Format Best Deck

The Starter Decks Format is a funny little format with 29 cards in total, if you include the Promo Card(Sevens Road Witch). There are 9 Effect Monsters, 12 Normal Monsters, 4 Spells and 4 Traps in the format, so decks are pretty much the same, but I find it really fun to try and find the best deck in a format with a small cardpool.
