EDIT: i completely forgor amazing dealer's got a fusion now lol do try him out if you're not on foldablitz!!
With Progress Potter's release, Psychics finally have an in-theme way to recycle all of their spent resources and extend even further than before (on top of also being a surprisingly decent way to disrupt our opponent's strategy). To capitalize off of this, we're playing Scale Liberation, since we mill as much as we like, as well as Secret Order to draw into. I've always thought that the card fits better in Thunderbold decks since Fusion builds ran too big of an engine to afford multiples of it and Handy Lady, but with Potter and Scale in this list I definitely think it's worth trying out.
We're also on three copies of Star Restart and CAN:D, but only one Psyphickupper. This might look weird, but with all of the mass milling and extension that we have now I really don't think it's worth running multiples of Psyphickupper, whereas CAN:D synergizes with Restart and A.I. Bear Can, giving us tribute fodder for when we open too many Spells. CAN:D LIVE, while an incredible extender and toolbox on her own (especially with CAN- Sp:D), is more of a tool we can go into in the grindgame or when we want to finish off our opponent in one fell swoop, whereas Guitarna's new Fusions are our most-consistent wincon.
I've decided to not play Foldablitz or either of the two CAN:Ds simply due to there being not enough space and the Fusions already giving us plenty of backrow hate and options to go into. That being said, I'd definitely recommend going over 40 cards to try and fit in at least Melo-D as an experiment since the deck doesn't have many other answers to your opponent setting 3 and passing. Whether it's objectively better than my current list, I do not know, but that's why I encourage everyone to play around with these ratios. For example, 2 CAN:D/2 Psyphickupper or running Magical Stone Excavation could also be options to consider in this take on the deck. Foldablitz into Endless Romance Blitz is a great way to utilize a leftover Romance Pick and with Secret Order being a one-card body, simply drawing more cards and increasing your chances of ending your combo with it is a better play than it was ever before. Either way, what I aimed to do here is present a basic skeleton that finally combines all of Psychic's strongest plays in one streamlined build. What does your heart's music sound like...? That's for you to figure out.
