Still new to Rush Duels but so far I've been having a blast with best girl's cards. I'll list some thoughts behind my choices and the extra deck I'm using.
The Kimeluna/Battlegear engine + fusion mats are here solely because I like the cards. There have also been times Kimeterasu has won me games and even Kimeluna has helped with defeating last gasp Normal Set walls.
Dragon's Boost Fusion and Dragon's Burst Fusion are at one each as the fusion monsters feel more like tech cards compared to the original dragons, along with having a lot of recovery for those two spells. Blue Tooth Enhanced can pop a card by removing either itself or another monster (and removing itself or a level 7+ can resummon regular Blue Tooth) and fusing it with Dragon's Burst Fusion can lower the attack of another problem monster to hopefully destroy with the resummoned Blue Tooth Burst Dragon. Meanwhile Red Boot Enhanced can mess up the opponent's GY and often times if I'm summoning it there's enough material in the GYs to get it's maxed effect anyway even without Dragon's Boost Fusion.
Phoenix Dragon and Double Twin Dragon are both just really good generic options for Dragon decks. Nothing much needs to be said.
Extra Deck and/or tech options:
Dual Coretls/Mirage Dragon/H.D.D. - Hundred Divine Dragon/Gameboard Ablaze and Alight/Graceful Charity/Monster Reborn/Polymerization: My main extra deck options and cards that have saved me more times than not. I'm sure there are more options I haven't discovered but I'm still learning.
Lightwave Dragon x3: Lightwave Dragon is an alternative to Negatwor Dragon. While it's attack lowering is more consistent and doesn't require a one-of card in the GY it relies on a monster being on the opponent's field to use and isn't as strong as Negatwor's effect. Negatwor can also mill the deck regardless and set up for future plays even if you don't get the 2nd effect. I think we can agree that whichever you run comes down to preference (or running both).
Darkness Drake x3 and Red Reboot Enhanced Boost Dragon x2: While still a good fusion monster, it really needs a Dark focused deck to get the full benefit out of it, even with Kimeluna being a valid target. I mostly have it to round out the Hi Tech Dragons.
Jointech Rex x1 and Jointech Burst Dragon x1: Same as above but even worse. Jointech Rex is a brick and without Polymerization it's going to be hard to summon in a real match. I'm REALLY hoping the announced Hybridrive archetype makes this and the new Bluetech Burst Rex easier to go into.
