I believe in a very head-to-the-grindstone playstyle. This deck focuses on utilizing the breakneck pasce you can achieve in rush duels to get high burst-damage, but it falls off after turn 3. The 1-UPs are there because the site has not updated for new legend rule ,they should be 1x Heavy Storm and 1x Mirror Force. You physically cannot afford to let your opponent start getting beats in, so Mirror Force is insanely necessary, could even use Trap Hole if you really wanted.
Vanity's Fiend is here because we don't special summon, so nobody else needs to be doing it either. This is gamebreaking for a lot of people, meanwhile we only need two slots on our board and we only normal summon, so who cares, drop it down. Can be replaced by Jinzo in versions of the deck that want to Special Summon, or in a Trap-heavy local meta.
In testing, this deck's biggest problems are mostly just decks with stronger creatures. Get around this by killing your opponent faster, or by letting them run into a mirror force. This is also why Evolution Rush Burst is i nthe deck: Our graveyard fills up fast, so we can kee ptheir board empty, and get our tools back.
You could replace Ship of Seven Treasures with Heavenly Gift if you wanted, but honestly I have tried both and find Ship more consistent.
I have been tempted at times to pull out Excavation, but having a second Heavy Storm just goes really hard.
Jointech Bumper is pretty mid. It works for me, but if you want to take it out, you can, and just add in some more ways to rid yourself of their field. If you pull it out, I suggest pulling out both Worker Warriors, and adding 1x Cyber Serpent and 1x Iron Onslaught, cannot stress enough how much this deck does not have backrow protection. 2x Jointech Bumper + 2x Worker Warrior - New Recruit are really your biggest Flex Slots. Please just be mindful of Cyber Serpent's needs.
All in all, this is a heavily aggressive deck that seeks to win by just flatly being faster. You don't want to think too hard, just play the cards. Will update this deck regularly.
